Experience & Background

Bob serves as the Director of Forensic Accounting for Phillips, Fractor & Company, LLC.  He performs business valuations and handles cases involving complex commercial and contractual issues.  He has provided litigation consulting and testimony since 2000.

Bob possesses more than three decades of experience in public accounting and private industry.  Bob has overseen and managed the accounting and financial reporting functions in various roles and has directed administration, human resources, and finances of many companies in multiple industries.  His “real-world” experience has enabled him to bring solid analysis and creativity to many different cases.

Education

Bob attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  He is a licensed CPA and holds the ABV designation for business valuation experts.
